Client log-in details - Trusts

If you are an Australian Ethical trusts unit holder, you can apply for a password to monitor your investment account details online.

As well as your account details, you can view your current unit balance and your latest transactions.

If you request to use this facility, you will be issued with a password which you will need to access your information. If you have an adviser, they will be able to access your unitholding information with their own password.

In using the client online access facility, you acknowledge and agree:

You have received a confidential Password that permits access to confidential information. You will not disclose your Password to any other party and acknowledge that access to the information available to you with this facility will be provided to any person using your combination of User Identification Number and Password or complying with any other security procedures that may be instituted by Australian Ethical Investment Limited (AEI) or a related company from time to time. Any action or request taken or given by the user of your User Identification Number and Password will be deemed to have been taken or given by you and AEI may carry out the request. Any action taken or request given to AEI cannot be countermanded.
You will not attempt to access any information that does not relate to you and will notify the Client Support Officer immediately if any such unauthorised access occurs.
You will notify a Customer Service Officer in writing if you want your on-line access facility suspended or cancelled at any time.
Your use of the on-line access facility may be varied, suspended or cancelled at any time by AEI without notice.
Except to the extent required by law, neither AEI or related companies make representations or warranties, express or implied, that the on-line access facility is fault free or as to the continuity, accessibility, reliability or efficiency of the facility or the suitability of the on-line access facility to your needs and will accept no liability whatsoever, whether in contract or otherwise (including negligence), for any loss or damage of any kind at all (including consequential loss) arising directly or indirectly out of the provision or use of, or inability to use the facility. You enter into this Agreement at your own risk and solely on reliance of your own judgement and not upon any warranty or representation made by AEI or any related company.
You agree to indemnify AEI and/or related company(s) from and against all loss, claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses on a solicitor and own client basis) arising either directly or indirectly from a breach by you of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and your use of the on-line access facility.
You acknowledge that while AEI uses its best endeavours to ensure that information available through this on-line access facility is up to date and accurate, in all cases and at all times, authoritative information about your investment is held in our secured data base which is not available through the on-line access facility.
